Skills and experience 

  • Significant experience designing, building and deploying eCommerce products and platforms.
  • Significant experience with payment gateways, billing systems, shopping carts, checkout flows, order management, security etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, ATG Commerce, Demandware etc.
  • Experience extending and integrating with complex enterprise level systems using Java or other comparable language
  • Full stack experience (Backend, Frontend and everything in between) - a big plus
  • Expert level experience in software architecture, modular and object oriented design of large applications
  • Significant experience with and deep understanding of network protocols and web services
  • Significant experience designing, developing and deploying highly efficient, scalable and secure applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • B.S./M.S.in Computer Science or equivalent with 5-10+ years of industry experience
